Squeaky belt has me puzzled

I have a chirping, especially when it rains. It’s worse in the mornings. I replaced the idler pulley and the tensioner pulley as well as the belt itself.
Still chirps. Sounds like it’s more on the passenger side of the engine. A tiny bit of dry silicone spray on top of belt quiets it for a while.

Coolant leak

I smell antifreeze pretty often and it’s clearly leaking here. What would you target?

Update: put on Titan talk that you need a 22MM x 60mm aluminum or steel connector. So I ordered one off Amazon. We’ll see.

07 Dashboard parts

I have an 07 titan with Rockford Fosgate Sound system. This specific dash combo was only made in 07 and unlike the years before, it has this little orange lcd window to show the AC control temps and mode. The later years were totally different. So if take an 04-06 dash and put it in an 07 truck like mine, the center part that holds the radio and HVAC controls it about 3/4" too tall to fit inside the larger dash assembly. My original cracked like so many do - so getting a used one is almost impossible (I've looked - they are either destroyed or already gone by the time I get there). And for all the fart smellas out there thinking you can use a different center dash, you cannot because you cannot see the LCD strip.
Here is a pic of an 07 center dash: https://images.crutchfieldonline.com/ImageBank/v20200316092300/ImageHandler/centerandcrop/470/350/VehiclePix/2007/Nissan/Titan/Vehicle%20Qualifier%20Photos/RadioWithClimateLCD.jpg
And here is the outer dash (many places on ebay will tell you it fits multiple years including 07 but they do not. I have tried.

I might 3D print it if I can find a file - I could not imagine the complexity in building such a file with all the holes and clips.

2ng Gen - default position of the grille shutters

Need a verification:
When your truck is sitting turned off, can you shine a flashlight into the grill and tell me if the grille shutters are open or closed? It’ll be obvious. You’ll either see louvers or you’ll see the radiator/condensor.

Thanks!

Tailgate oddity - 2020 qx60

I have a problem with the dealer can’t seem to figure out and I’m wondering if anyone else has ever had this issue.
Everyone in our family is pretty tall so when the tailgate opens, we usually push it just to its max height manually. When the car was new, I could do this and then push the button to close it. Now it won’t close with the button - I have to manually force it closed.
To test:
Open hatch and let it stop on its own.
Force it to the top
Does the button close it?

The o2 sensor is clearly there on the top side facing the wheel well. But on the back side of that same pipe is a tiny sensor I’ve never seen before. Anyone know what it is? It’s bored into the exhaust pipe before primary cat.

So, first a little background.
It's a 2017 P4X with 230K miles.

I have been having P0420 and P0430 on and off for a while. Sometimes it's 420, sometimes it's 430, sometimes it's both. I tired Mystery Oil and while it was indeed mysterious, it did not prevent the CEL. I tried adding the spacers to the O2 sensors (you know, "strictly as a test"). This turned off the CEL but a month later I started smelling ammonia and 2 new codes popped up saying the engine was running lean. This leads me to believe the downstream sensors are indeed working.

I have not replaced any of the o2 sensors. My inclination is that they are not the problem, but I would love for someone to tell me otherwise before I pull the manifolds off.

Seeing as 420 and 430 mean the truck is seeing this on BOTH sides of the exhaust made me thing there might be a common cause. But that's just it - they are totally separate from each other so there isn't much in common. So it comes down to this:

  1. Both cats have failed. I got a lot of miles on it so it's possible.

  2. Both upstream O2 sensors are faulty - I will put a thermometer gun on the in and out side of the cat to see if it's getting hot enough. If it is not, then I guessI know it's the CAT.

  3. Both manifolds have cracked. I consider this unlikely because it doesn't happen as much on the 2nd gen trucks (I hear anyway) and that would mean this rare things happened on both sides of my truck. But if the cats are bad, the manifolds get replaced anyway.

I have ordered both cats and plan to tackle it this weekend. But before I do, does anyone have any other ideas?  It's such a terrible job to replace the manifolds.

I broke the wires attached to the auto level bracket today. To be clear - it was this one: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256805479827884.html
I tore them right off the bracket - so I'd need a soldering iron I don't have to fix that. Even then it's no guarantee so I am going to order the one above. I tried to do the aux level after I broke it - didn't go well. The hotend tried to become one with the glass and just sat there grinding.
While I wait on my replacement, does anyone know of a way to bypass this so I can print?
