EVs for Apartment Dwellers in 2026

Does it still make sense to get an EV in 2026 if you live in an apartment and have no access to charging at home or at work (landlord will not install)? I'm thinking about my next car being a used EV with NACS. I average around 150 miles of daily driving. Plenty of access to fast chargers (including superchargers) in my area, but wondering if the math still works out. Just getting tired of maintenance with my ICE car and prefer the driving dynamics of an EV.

-Please Read- Gas Station Tip (Michigan City)

I'm only telling y'all my spot since I've already filled up for the night since some of you are savages. We all need help though. The BP off of Detroit and Franklin near downtown is uncrowded (as of now and the past few hours), is 24 hrs and has plenty of gas according to the clerk. Hopefully this helps some people out.

Custom Substitutions?

I've only been doing Spark a few months now. The app only gives suggested substitutions and I don't see a way to choose a custom substitution for a customer. I can mark every suggested as not found and sometimes it lets me pick my own substitution, but other times it just refunds the customer when I do that. The closest thing I can think of is that customers should be able to add items so I can just tell them what is available and they can add it. I don't like doing that though because then I need to wait on the customer.
