Wife and I are planning an 8 day vacation November 20th - 28th. Budgets roughly $4500 or so, and mainly looking for a nice beach we can just enjoy swimming/snorkelling in and half decent food at an à la carte or occasional buffet if we do a late excursion. Don’t really have a preference if it’s adult only or not, currently have Barcelo bavaro palace booked but seeing a few mixed reviews on this sub?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Aircraft mechanic by trade looking to learn how to weld in the small amount of free time I have, how can I make the weld on the joint not so ropey and have it flatter is it as simple as moving faster? And maybe make these practice beads better? I believe my settings were 18.8v and 230 wire speed. 2.5mm mild steel, thanks!
