Finally bit my lip and bought it. My Grandmother recently passed away and I found that she still had all of our old gaming systems and in working condition that I plan to use! But very excited to use it for my Laserdiscs as well!

Btw… my Pioneer CLD-D505 fed through my JVC DR-MV150 DVD Recorder outputting 480P through my Sony TV combined upscales my discs very nicely I might add!

Recently purchased a Pioneer CLD-D505 fully serviced parts and all. My setup is LD player composite into JVC MV150 DVD recorder set at 480P HDMI out into my Sony XC90 75” TV. I’m really impressed with the quality. Best part is no CLV smear like my old D-503. Had originally thought about getting a scaler, but I’m happy with this and Sony TVs always do a magnificent job upscaling.
