Hey yall. A couple weeks ago I posted my new ping and well ..... Here she is and I'm a little worried. Her leaves have been dry since I got her and now she honestly looking kind of cooked. Has it been too hot seeing as my air conditioners can't keep up or is something else going on

I just got this. I need to know what species it is and the best care for it. The last time I owned one it did not go so well 😔

Title says it all. She might be etoliated but we have no idea what we're doing
