Update another 10 pounds down and I have an interest in a new cut routine

I have a post with progress pics and ive lost another 10 pounds since putting me 20 pounds away from my gw. For context 31f hw 220 sw170 cw145 gw125 I've done a clean 22hr fast every day since may 2nd and I've lost consistently about 1 to 1.5 pounds every week I have an upper body, lower body, devoted cardio day and repeat lifting schedule, that I've adhered to for this entire journey only taking complete rest days as needed and im nervous that in the home stretch it will really slow down.

So being that the last 20 pounds is always the most stubborn to go. So I was considering incorporating rolling 48s with more cardio and scaling down my lifting schedule to just body weight strength workouts. Pilates, calisthenics, hot sculpt. To try and drive fat loss through my last 20 pounds. I'll be posting an update progress pics post soon.

If anyone has made similar changes for the home stretch please lmk your experience and any advice from veteran omaders welcome.

Plateau

Hi everyone. I've been in a plateau for a couple weeks now its my first slow down since starting to fast. Does any one have any advice to speed it along should I move my eating window or widen it briefly to get things ramped back up. Unorthodox effective solutions also welcome.

Aldis active dry yeast sucks

I've seen some discourse about the subject but I really wanted to make a new thread about it because it recently happened to me and I thought i was the only one. I used 2 recipes that I use all the time one for bread and one for pizza dough and the dough with all the same ingredients and hydration was so incredibly sticky and unusually difficult to work with. The only difference was the aldi yeast I've also noticed that when I go to bloom or activate it in my warm water and sugar it gets gummy and sticky clumps up and never produces the same amount of foam. Whereas fleishmanns is exactly the same every single time. All that to say if this has happened to you it's the aldi yeast and you're valid.

Looking for more motivation

I was just wondering if there's anyone who has been on a similar journey to the one I'm facing that can give me a time line. I realize that everyone is different just feeling impatient. Not planning on cheating or taking a break just want to be excited about the future. F32

Omad plateau vs my goal

F 32y 165lbs Been doing omad for about 2.5 weeks and I've lost about 5.5 pounds so far granted since I just started some of that is bloat but still promising start. Im fasing about 22 hours eating window is 6-8pm eating whatever I make for dinner plus and extra vegetable for fiber and a reasonable sweet treat for dessert. Water, black coffee and unsweetened black iced tea all day. 10 k steps daily and stregth workouts 3-5 times a week. My ultimate goal is 125-130lbs and i hope to get there by christmas or the new year and want to know if it's possible to reach my goal before plateau.
