I made a Sol de Janeiro order of aprox 2600 and i was supposed to get 3 gifts, a sol de janeiro pouch, a mini cream and a perfume sample. All products that i payed for got shipped and all 3 gifts got cancelled!! Has this happened to anyone? Do they give compensation? I am so fed up with nykaa right now!!

On Sephora app i can see only APP10 which gives only 5 % off. Is there any other coupon for first time user?
