e-arrival forms
We are going to India in 3 weeks. When do we have to fill the e-arrival forms? "within 72 hours before travel date" means anytime in the 72 hour window before travel but not before?

Hi All, I recently became aware that we are supposed to link our new US passports to our OCI's. We have traveled many times to India already without carrying our old US passports with which the OCI's are linked. Will there be an issue in entering India? We are due to go to India in less than a month.
Google tells me that there is a procedure for linking the new passports to OCI online. I will try to do it but it looks like it involves scanning our photo's and signatures. I am also afraid that even if I complete the online process it won't be approved in time for my travel. Thanks for the replies in advance!
Hi All, I have an old chromebook. It does not get any OS updates anymore. How do I at least get a newer Chrome browser? Searching the internet I found a reddit post where someone installed a Android Chrome beta version. When I go to the Google play store page and click on the Apps tab nothing happens. It's defaulted to the Games tab. I thought it was my Touchpad but that's not the case because I can navigate and select other things. Also, do I choose phones or chromebook?
Hi my Capital one CC was flagged for fraudulent activity. I called and all the transactions were valid. But they restricted transactions anyway and send me a new card. I had to change payment info for all the recurring payments after I got the new card. Now they send me another email / text saying more fraudulent activities. There are still no fraudulent payments. Now they are sending me another card. Is there anyone I can talk to who is not merely following a script? Has this happened to anyone else?
Does anyone here follow risk-based guardrails for withdrawals? If so what is your methodology? I understand no one ever follows a single strategy all the time and that most people do it ad hoc. I was interested in this strategy because a simple 4% WR usually leads to underspending. Thx!
Hi All, I have a few questions regarding using the VPW spreadsheet, specifically wrt the Retirement tab:
