Is this programme relatively new or am I missing something?

cs + math + econ at ashoka?
i’m an incoming freshman and was originally planning to major in econ/econ & finance and minor in cs, but i just came across the cs, mathematics & economics major and it seems almost exactly like what i wanted to do in the first place.
i was looking into ashoka last year too, so i’m wondering why i never came across this. is this a relatively new major? and for anyone who’s already at ashoka, what does it actually look like in practice? how much depth do you get in each of the three, and how does it compare to doing econ + a cs minor?
would appreciate some insight from people who’ve actually been around the programme.

Do they reassess your fin aid every year? (My dad does not help us financially)

so I’ve received the full aid on tuition and residence. ok this is probably me overthinking but i just need someone to reality check me 😭
i got need-based aid at ashoka this year after a pretty detailed review. my dad isn’t really involved in my life and doesn’t contribute financially. it’s a complicated family situation. we technically live in the same house rn bc of circumstances but there’s barely any communication and he’s basically never been a parent to me.
i explained all of that during the aid process and they assessed my application without asking for his financial docs in the end.
now i’m stressing about something that’s probably years away if they ever review my financial aid again, do they usually just ask for updated income docs or can they randomly reopen the whole non-custodial parent thing and be like “actually we need your dad’s financial details now”? like next year what if a different fin aid officer reviews my file? and what if they’re not willing to like go by everything the previous fin aid officer went by. she called me and was really compassionate (which helped my weird situation) and asked me everything in detail.
my dad and us we live together but he’s just yk he has never truly been there. domestically violent, hostile, unreliable and all that. there was even an absconded court order on him a decade back.
has this ever happened to anyone? bc i genuinely can’t get those documents, and if my aid got affected bc of that i’d literally have to drop out because we’re like kinda broke
would appreciate if anyone who’s been through the renewal process could lmk how it usually works

Do other people know that you’re a full scholarship student?

Hey, I’m an incoming fresher. Got a full ride. Really grateful. But of course kinda wary too, (pathetic, I know) about whether I’d fit into the elite crowd. So I was wondering does everyone have some way to find out how much financial aid you’re on? One of my friends who studied there said that your wealth background does affect the circles you’re part of. Soooo don’t wanna really reveal everything asap.
