I was just approved for the Bilt Palladium and tried to make a large purchase with the digital card number right after approval. The transaction was declined and my card was immediately blocked.

I got an email saying my account needed identity verification and that I’d receive another email within 30 minutes with the next steps. It’s been several hours now and I still haven’t received anything (checked spam/junk too).

I called Bilt/Cardless support and they weren’t able to do anything or give me any timeline. They basically just said to wait.

People on here say it takes 30 days to fix that’s kind of insane. I wish this hard pull and 400 dollars wasn’t just charged to me 😭. This company is a mess 😭
