Where do you guys hunt cybersecurity roles
I used internshala but their are not much cyber roles
And on indeed i applied 100-200 of application but no response even I use internshala for another role and got few internships or interview calls
But on indeed even for any role no replies
And LinkedIn also I don't get any roles
Hi guys i recently rewatched monster and I noticed something that in some moments in english dub they changed the soundtrack completely and even the ending song
Idk why they did that
I originally watched it in eng dub and when I watch it in sub the scene tone changes completely different because of the soundtrack

guys do you use virtual machine to use kali or parrot os or dual boot or single boot on system?
currently i'm using it on vmware but i was thinking to shift from windows to linux for my daily
so i was thinking to install kali and use it for both
but the biggest concern is privacy
as i need to use virtual environment to perform any attack
i just want professional opinons that what os they use for daily work and what environment do u use to perform attack
is it a seperate laptop with only linux installed
or kali on vmware on a linux os
or kali on vmware on windows and use windows for daily work

i just graduated from collage my major for CSE with cybersecurity specialization
i didn't got any placement form my clg
as i was getting prepared for cybersecurity jobs and didn't studies coding or DSA and in my clg no cyber company came
now i'm searching job offcampus
but i'm totally lost idk what to do
i want to make career in cybersecurity and i have some basic knowldge and practical
i did pentesting labs, doinf THM CTFS, build a log analysis project in an internship
have good understanding of basic fundamentals like computer networks (TCP.ip, osi model, subnetting, arp, dns, routers, etc)
and used some tools like (nmap, metasploit, wireshark, eattercap, etc)
and some SIEM tools (basic Splunk, wazuh,)
and i applied for 100-200 application for entry level cyber security analyst jobs
even though i'm more focused in offensive security and pentesting
i have some knowledge of SOC so i apply for that also cause that is the only job entry level get a chance to selected
but i'm even getting rejected in that also
most of the jobs are ghost jobs i even tailor my resume according to JD and matches my skill requirement still no reply comes
i agree i didn't have any cert
except google cyber sec professional and cisco ethical hacking
but i'm preparing for comptia sec+
and i hear even this cert will not garuenttie my selecting
maybe i have to do more certs
at this time when i'm graduated from clg and didn't get placed and if i go for cert it might take me 5-6 months to land for any job which is also not garuentie or even more time
and to avoid any career gaps i even though to change from cyber to devlopment
although i have no interest in coding and dev but they have more opening and hirings than cyber jobs
now i'm confussed if i should only focus on cyber or focus on both to even get a job
also i did video editing as side hustle in clg
now after seeing the job market i think i should do freelance video editing
atleast i can have some hope and earnings
