Visited the Ushiromiya mansion for the first time (Kyu-Furukawa Gardens)

I’d been putting off going there for so long, even though I live nearby. I always felt like I had to prepare properly first, put together a themed outfit and make the visit “worthy” somehow. But then I realized nothing is stopping me from going there more than once, so yesterday I spontaneously went while the roses are still blooming…

It’s a very lovely and surprisingly compact place. I imagined it being much bigger! And somehow you really don’t expect to see it there. The palm trees and some of the plants create this strange, almost unexplainable island-like atmosphere 🌿

OOTD: shopping and a hospital visit

I’m so happy I found this community! I usually wear lolita and jirai kei, but some of my everyday outfits are hard to fit into just one style because I love experimenting. When I’m out running errands, I also try to dress a bit more practically, so I had no place to share those looks with someone 😇

I haven’t bought any dresses from Metamorphose in a long time, but this one completely won me over! I really love the print, and the cutest detail is that the QR code on the print actually works and leads to their website.
