Every new Instagram account gets suspended after my main account was banned. Has anyone else experienced this?
Main account got banned on 16 May.
Since then, almost every new account I’ve made has been suspended for “account integrity,” even though I’m using them normally.
My latest account (rawkrvsh) survived 23 days before being permanently disabled. To create it, I:
Created a brand new Gmail account.
Used Incognito mode.
Used a VPN.
Created the Instagram account using a relative’s Wi-Fi.
Used different account details from my previous accounts.
Chose a username that didn’t contain my old username.
The account grew slowly to around 40 followers and 60 following. I wasn’t spamming, using bots, mass following, or sending lots of DMs.
Meanwhile, my friends get banned, make a new account, and move on with their lives. 😭
I’ve also had accounts restored after appeal before, which makes the whole thing even more confusing.
Has anyone else been stuck in this cycle where every new account eventually gets flagged after their original account was banned? Were you ever able to use Instagram normally again?
Any advice would be appreciated because I’m genuinely out of ideas.
