Need a female flatmate - 3BHK - Koramangala (ST Bed layout)
We need a vegetarian/ eggetarian woman to occupy
the third room. Details:
Rent: 20k (including maintenance of 1k a month). This is due for an increment later this year. But even with that i think this is a steal deal.
Set up cost: 17K for my share of the set up cost which i paid when i shifted.
Deposit: Rs. 78,334.
Available from mid-July
The house help expenses (cook plus maid) come up to appx 4000 a month. This is an extremely well ventilated house near third wave koramangala, with lots of light, ample storage, coziness and 2 really sweet flatmates (I am the one vacating).
The house comes fully equipped minus my bed and chair. The room has access to the main (huge) balcony. The bathroom is quite big and clean too! Just that it is right outside the bedroom door and the room is in a lane inside the house- so never worried for privacy really. The house has cauvery water throughout and i haven't suffered hair or skin issues from it so yay! Blackouts are minimal too. And there is an inverter for support. Kitchen is fully stocked and big enough to host!
One of the flatmates loves to decorate and cook tasty things that she posts on her channel. The other one avidly reads mangas (I think she can even be a writer) and has great binge-worthy recommendations of TV Shows/movies. This house and both of my flatmates have been exceptionally kind to me and so, I want someone who is responsible and warm for my flatmates. Please reach out if you are interested!
