Hello I (31 F) need advice from someone preparing for the exam. I recently quit my job and would like to appear for the exam if it is possible. Can anyone please guide me realistically?

Hello me(31F) and my husband are recently going to shift to a 3 bhk in Shyam Park Extension and we need recommendations for furniture or a carpenter who can build us sofa, bed, dining set etc. We also have the option of purchasing furniture online but we are not sure, if anyone has any experience with online furniture shopping that would be helpful as well. The local carpenter we asked is quoting 60,000 for wooden 5 seater sofa set, 80,000 for 2 beds, 8,000 for a side table for bed and 40,000 for 4 seater dining table and chair set, this we feel is too much. Please help if you have any idea. Thank you.
