My wife and I own a condo worth around 650,000 baht. It is in both of our names (she is Thai, I am from UK). Is it possible to transfer the name to a family friend? We’d like to gift it to them, transfer it to their name. Is this possible without huge tax complications/ capital gains or them needing to purchase it? Thx

Hi, I have had one Schengen visa from Italy last year for my 2 week trip.

A year later I am now married to my Irish wife so I am applying again to the Italian embassy under the EU family rights visa. I will be submitting flight information for a 2 week trip but would like to ask for 3 month validity as we want to do some more travel in Europe. Should I book more flights as proof or can I just ask for it? We don’t have a full set plan atm but I can make one if needs be.

For info, the Italian embassy in my country asked for flights proof, though I know this is technically not necessary under the directive. Just doing what I’m told. Thanks

I’ve been looking at online school jobs but it’s difficult to find any information on the job posts. I am a primary teacher looking to transition to an online academy. I’m UK trained so would prefer a British curriculum school. Perhaps also one which has different learning time zones as I live in Asia, such as Kings Inter High. I am very interested in this school but I cannot find a salary scale or any average salary markers.

Has anyone got any information on any online schools? Thanks
