I like Kevin Connolly’s character.
There wouldn’t be a show without E. He’s morally flawed but ultimately a good person. He fucks up trying to do the right thing. He falls in love at the drop of a hat.

I’m currently employed and my contract states I’m need to give two months notice if I leave. An opportunity has arisen but it will need me to start well before the two months I’m required to provide. It’s a significant pay rise and a job I’ve always wanted so there’s no way I can miss this chance but what are the ramifications of me leaving in less than my contracted notice period?
