What is even happening?

I got a mail that it’s delivered at the locker. I was almost at the locker and got a mail that it is not there. And at the location I only see an InPost locker. Now customer service is replying with an automated message that it is there. Really don’t know what to do.

Found Debit card on the ground, what should I do?

I am an international student, don't know the procedures. I found a debit card in Guildford. What should I do?

Edit: I called the number on the back, they just told me to throw it in the bin.
