How could someone confuse a 3" metal tube with a 10" ceramic bowl? Serious question, how does this even happen?

1/2 tsp. caramel sauce , 12
1 pecan half, salted if desired , 10
1/4 square of 70% dark chocolate , 16
Thaw the jar of caramel sauce. Break a square of 70% into fourths.
Dip a spoon into the caramel sauce, once. Do not scoop, just 1 quick dip. The coated spoon will have maximum 1/2 teaspoon of caramel.
Turn the spoon so it's horizontal. Put the pecan half and the 1/4 square of dark chocolate in the spoon. Enjoy!
Put the caramel sauce back in the freezer immediately.
