I take full responsibility for my idiocy, but in an attempt to reset everything to diagnose backlight issues, I did SHOP-END Test At final process stage, it’s necessary to perform“Reset shop” before any packing to leave Factory mode and restore User default presets. First you need to enable Factory HotKey. After that selecting “Factory menu Reset Shop”, then pressing RCU “OK/►” key. Now, when I turn on the TV I am prompted to pair my rempte, after which I just get a blank screen.

I've attempted to Google the appropriate button combo and can't really find a straight answer.

We got fiber internet, but the person who installed it put the router in the garage and the access point in my room, so now I get 25% of what I'm supposed to get and 50% what I had with Comcast. My computer(a desktop) is hooked to a wireless access point, instead of the router, which is installed/hardwired into the garage!! So I can't open ports because my phone doesn't detect an eero. did the tech do the wrong thing?
