I invested AED 150,000 in Al Raheek General Trading. Ameeruddeen took the money and made a mutual agreement with me in his wife's name. His wife is also a shareholder in the company. The agreement was notarized through the Dubai Courts.

For the first three months, I received around AED 25,000 in profit, but then the payments stopped. Later, Ameeruddeen was arrested and imprisoned for fraud involving another person, while his wife went to India.

A lawyer advised me to file a case in India, but I am Pakistani and don't know how to proceed there.

Please advise me on the best legal way to recover my AED 150,000 investment and outstanding profit, considering that I have a notarized Dubai agreement and supporting documents.
