Hey burlys!

I’m a new performer, probably have just about 10 shows under my belt. I have close to 350 followers on my instagram, and I’d love to gain more traction and visibility! I only really post pictures after shows, but I’d love to do more to keep engagement. What kind of content could I push out? I thought maybe pre filming makeup tutorials before shows, showing my rhinestone progress, etc. Would love some good ideas, and some advice!

I (19F) just started my new job at a local coffee shop today! -And omg it’s so overstimulating. I do love it in a way, it’s just so hard being new lol. Everyone is very nice, and I’m even working with my friends! My boss kinda threw me into it immediately, which was terrifying because it was a huge rush day, but I learned a lot today. The hardest part is remembering how to make all the drinks, along with the register. I have a learning disability, so it’s easy to beat myself up when I get something wrong. I’m really nervous for my second day, though. I think the money handling is the hardest part. Any advice for a baby barista?? Does it get easier??

I have a show coming up that is all ages. I’m a little skeptical because my act is usually raunchy and sultry. I’m trying my best to tone everything down for this. They said we can still be spicy, just make sure all of our bits are covered. My character is a cowgirl, and my costume consists of a bra, panties, assless chaps and a corset. My act is a strip tease. Is there any advice to make it all ages friendly?

Last night, my cat dragged in a live baby bird. I instantly separated the two and placed the little guy in a box with a towel. I noticed he had too little tiny wounds on his back from my cat. I was not expecting him to make it through the night. I woke up today to find him moving around and opening his mouth. I’ve been way too afraid to feed him, as I don’t want to hurt him. He is featherless, so I’m assuming he’s still a nestling. We cannot locate his nest. I have been attempting to keep him warm by filling up a soda bottle with hot water to act as a heating system for his box. I called my local bird rehabilitation center and I plan on taking him in today. I live in Vermont, and I think house sparrows are an invasive species here. Lowkey, I’m kind of sad because he’s the cutest little thing. I’ve grown so attached over night! -Is there anything more I can do for this little guy?

EDIT: I took him into our bird rehabilitation center today and he is safe! Thank you for the advice!!

Basically what the title says. I have very faint tiny scars on my forearm, and I’d love to get the Hecate goddess tattoo there as it’s a pretty significant symbol for me. I’ve heard before that scars can cause tattoos to warp. Let me know!

I have a show coming up and I had an idea to do a really cute carwash act since it’s an outdoor wet show! I will be doing it to Chappell Roan’s “The Giver” and I want to know if there’s any good ideas to zhuzh it up more! I will have soapy buckets with rags and sponges. Kinda want my look to be a bombshell 70s-80s look. Think big hair, cut off jean booty shorts and a white tank with pasties or a red bra underneath. I’m kinda struggling with choreo lol
