Help with medical students combined last name

Hello! My fiancé and I are both in medical school and trying to figure out the last name situation before we graduate and get married (licensing would be a nightmare if we changed it after graduation). Our last names are Bothwell and Robinson- we have determined that hyphenation would be way too long and would really like to share a family name. We think finding some blend of names would be the best solution. We have considered Rothwell, Roswell, and Robinwell, but Rothwell is probably our top choice at the moment. We’re looking for feedback as well as any other ideas you might have that could represent both in some way :)

Double doctor household incoming

Just got engaged in Japan a week ago to my absolute DREAM MAN. I am thanking my stars because I feel so much more secure in life than I ever could have imagined. He was a 1st year medical student when we started dating, now he’s about to graduate and I’m starting my surgery clerkship next week. Time flies but I am unbelievably excited for what’s next. We have such a blast being stupid and poor together so I can’t wait for what our life will be like once we’re able to live in the same city and make money.

He got the PERFECT ring, & even reached out to a ton of photographers in Japan and booked a great one. Had everything planned out so thoughtfully and I wouldn't have changed a single part of it. Kindest, funniest, and most patient dude I’ve ever met and I am soooooo in love. I only wish we could get married sooner (I have a year of clerkship grind in the hospital so it’s gonna be a hot minute).

Girl dinner: random American Airlines meal on the flight home from our engagement! Grilled chicken & grits.
