does anyone else really hope Charlie plays the new game, what’s your thoughts?

I’ve been playing since 2017 and I’m level 71. and it’s never happened before now. I’m really scared and confused. I need help to get it back. I’ve emailed Niantic. Is there anything else I can do. Please help
