What IE books are you all reading?

I've been lurking here a little while, I'll be honest, I know basically nothing. I first learned about intuitive eating through a friend, she simply recommended someone on Instagram for advice, but I feel like all this woman does is post herself half eating something then throwing the leftovers away.

What books are most helpful/informative, especially to someone who's totally new to the whole thing.

Thank you in advance.

Edit to add I did just get the automated Mod response giving me information and resources which is incredibly helpful.

Pub and Food tour/Pint and Nibble.

Hi there.

Looking for some pubs that do good snacks/small bites for a bit of a drink and taste tour around Norwich.

Also if you have a favourites off the menu that you think is a must taste, let me know.

Thanks.

Most memorable days out for kids.

Hiya, I'm looking for fun things to do with my little one in/around Norwich/Norfolk. He's 4 if that helps, but we are really looking for exciting experiences especially for him, happy to spend some money and can drive.

Sewing groups near Norwich city centre.

Are there any sewing groups near Norwich city centre?

Hi there. Recently moved to Norwich.

Before our move I'd gotten a sewing machine and as a complete beginner I joined a local sewing group, there was a mix of experience and it was very casual, the woman running it was always there to help and I just really enjoyed it.

I'm wondering if there is anything similar in Norwich, ideally something mornings/early afternoon.

Short train journey with something to do at the end

We've recently moved to Norwich and haven't yet been on a train journey. Where we previously lived we travelled a lot on the train, it's just not been necessary here, but we have a toddler who has been wanting to go on the train. Any recommendations of reasonably short train journeys that have something to do at the other end. Even if thats just a nearby playground/walk that's pram accessible.

Quite restaurants for midweek lunch.

Hi there. I have some family visiting and am looking to take them for a decent, not overly expensive lunch. The important part is it needs to be a reasonably quiet place, the lady is elderly and extremely hard of hearing she struggles without background noise so it will be impossible with a busy place, Yalm is out.

Any suggestions?
