Ignoring LO at work feels too painful

I see her everyday at work and I’m trying to not day dream about being with her but it is painful. It’s not even about dating her or romantic now. Honestly I just want to be her friend without spiraling. I used to be a part of their friend group but now I’m no longer. It feels strange to see them posting on Instagram about fun things they’ve done on the weekends while I’m just at home being alone.

I (26 blue belt) recently switched to a new gym and the majority of them are very fat. 225 ibs+. I weigh 170. Half of the time we roll, they just smash pass me go to side control and kimura. I don’t even know how to get out of it because they just lay on me while I try to squirm. I bridge and weave and shrimp and nothing works. Everyone is too fat. What do I do?
