Canadian here. Have a package coming into Toronto from Houston, is this normal with USPS? When I paid for shipping it said it would be 3 day shipping, it’s been 7-8 days shipped now and it hasn’t moved from the distribution centre in Houston in 5 going on 6 days. Is there anything I can do? The contact options seem extremely limited. First time using USPS

After taking in feedback on our previous sample, we’ve revised our distressing process. We are very satisfied with the result, but we will add a few more white strings to the distressing just to ensure that our product is perfect.

Please consider that the original jeans is worn for 20 years, pay attention to the shape and wax affect of the distressing, the extra hanging strings and dirt are accumulated through wear.

To start off, I want to be transparent: I work with Hecaiti. Because of that, I won’t be giving a formal "review," as I want to avoid any bias or credibility issues. I just wanted to share some in-hand photos and personal thoughts on the pieces I’ve picked up for myself, I’ve paid for all of these with my own money.

1. AW06 Cross-pocket Jacket

• Material: Lambskin leather with Bemberg lining.

• Thoughts: The leather is incredibly soft—way more supple than I expected. It has that "new car" smell. It definitely leans toward a more mature, refined style.

2. SS03 Knight Jacket

• Material: Cotton/Polyester blend with Bemberg lining.

• Thoughts: Since it’s not leather, the material isn't "mind-blowing" to the touch, but it looks fantastic. I don’t regret getting the cotton version over the leather one; it’s more toned down and easier to style for daily wear. I’m honestly conflicted on whether I prefer the look of this or the Cross-pocket. This one feels more youthful—I feel super cool wearing it.

3. "The End" T-shirt

• Material: 100% Cotton.

• Thoughts: The material is thicker and higher quality than I anticipated. It's a very easy piece to wear, whether as a standalone in the summer or a layering piece.

• Note: I altered the length of mine myself, so please ignore the messy hem stitching! It was originally a bit too long for my personal preference.

My Take:
These are definitely positioned as premium products with a matching price point, but they are honestly the nicest clothes I’ve owned. The T-shirt is the outlier—it's much more affordable but still high quality, making it an easy pickup if you like the design.

I have a few more pieces on the way and will share those once they arrive.

There are still minor adjustments to make in the distressing which we will perform during production as it doesn’t make sense and is too time consuming to postpone production to produce another sample with minor manual distressing changes which have already been adjusted on our production plan.

The wax process, fit, and other details have been perfected.

Our bulk production goods will have more distressing if that may be a concern.
