Started as a bump (think insect bite) i scratched it for a bit that day and stopped, woke up amd it was dry and looked like this. I do lots of mma with skin to sjin contact but take care lf my hygiene to avoid this

Bluefin otoro, chutoro akami and salmon belly turned into nigiri and sashimi
