So last year I was 60kgs and now I'm 49kgs

When I lost 10kgs I wasn't using subliminals I wasn't aware of subliminals i did manifest it I was going to the gym and was eating in a calorie deficit

Lately i haven't been going to the gym i wake up at 12pm most days and sleep at 3am I wanna get out of the loop too

Im 5'3 and 49kgs and I wanna look like these pictures attached

Also I want subliminals for discipline
