Best Italian sandwich in PDX?
I have been craving a good meaty Italian sandwich with all of the works (cured meats and pickled veg and onions etc).
Anyone have any recommendations?

Tube popped because of wheel lining(?)
Hi there,
Very new to bike repair (this is my first attempt at replacing a tube). I was trying to patch my tube today, and couldn’t get it off of the wheel easily. I see that this is because the inner material on the wheel looks like it’s shifted, and does not align with the hole that the stem goes through.
I think that this material rubbing on the tube is what caused the damage in the first place.
My old tube has a rip right at the stem where this material was making contact.
Would it be a bad idea to remove the material that’s overlapping with the hole? I’m thinking I’ll just use a drill to re-open it.
