how to convince my girlfriends to start lifting weights?

for context, i am a 27 y/o woman who has been extremely lazy, but consistent, at the gym and with my diet for about four years now. that consistency now means that i have a nice base of muscle all over my body and i don't get hurt.. like ever and i have fine stamina and energy. i never slip on the ice during winter bc i have a really good core, etc. like i'm not going to the olympics but i have a base level of fitness that makes everything in my life easier.

however, in the past few weeks all of a sudden all of my girlfriends around my age have started complaining about aches and pains from desk jobs, or injuries. my one friend rolled her ankle when we were playing frisbee and she's been limping for WEEKS. i know none of them do any lifting, or any exercise for that matter other than walking and throwing frisbee lol. to my ankle friend, i said "once you're healed we gotta get to the gym to get some muscle on you" and she said a) she normally has "steel ankles" and b) it's hard to target ankles. i want her to understand that she needs to start building a firm base of muscle all over her whole body to make it strong and durable as we head into our thirties. and my other friends too, they ask me how i avoid shoulder and neck pain from my desk job and ...idk? my body is really strong and holds me up?

do you guys have these conversations with your friends? i don't want to come across as superior, i just genuinely want them to be stronk so we can keep horsing around until we're old and gray <3

I am begging you all to read the report before commenting. Or even just look at the picture I provided. The new ones will be built before the old ones are demolished. The HLB will no longer be closed for three years for rehabilitation. The new LLB will be funded in 2027-2030 and the new HLB will be funded in 2035-2039.
