How do I respectfully say "why did you hire me if you're going to change every little thing I create / do?"

Is this a problem for anyone else? They say they like your content, sign the contract and hire you. Then when you send the calendar they want to edit everything you made. I just want to yell "WHY DID YOU HIRE ME?" I have a strategy & I know what works. I get changing things that may be not on brand, but changing every little thing doesn't make sense and frustrates me maybe more than it should. How do you combat this?

ADHD Tips & Tricks

I never thought I had ADHD. In fact, I honestly was raised that it was fake. Then a couple months ago I finally went to a doctor & asked about it. I’ve been on anxiety medicine for a long time & a mood stabilizer. I took an ADHD test & had very high numbers. She put me on Strattera. But I’m already on other meds & would prefer not to be on so many. I literally HAVE to be doing two things at once. I cannot focus on one task at a time, often switching between them (especially at work). I’m literally writing this while brushing my teeth. I also get overstimulated super easily. I never put it together until I got on the ADHD meds & I am so much more patient (I have twin 3 year olds). I never had this issue in school but I was a very active person & college athlete (5 years ago) and I’m not now. I don’t know. I’m just discouraged. What helped you the most? Like non-medication hacks? Specifically for work? Or home? Anything!

Working mom with a desk job and toddlers

I am honestly just looking for tips on how to gain a little muscle while working 8 hours a day at a desk, then immediately having to pick up two toddlers, drive an hour home, feed them then put them to bed. I'm exhausted and have so much on my plate. I am on the shot because I was at my highest weight ever. but I am wanting to retain some muscle too. I just can't go to the gym with my schedule. I am a former college athlete so the weight gain and losing muscle is difficult. Any tips welcome. please don't be mean every time I post on reddit in the past someone is so mean I delete my entire account.
