Optimums' (temporary) stock uptick
Definitely a temporary uptick in this rotten company's stock. Otherwise, the article is filled with bad news for Optimum. Deservedly so. Like this:
" Compounding the negative news, Optimum's broadband subscriber base shrank by 213,700 over the past year, highlighting ongoing challenges in customer retention."
Perhaps if the "Retention" employees weren't compulsive liars, Opti-slum wouldn't be headed towards bankruptcy. You can only disrespect and lie to customers for so long.
Looking forward to watching their stock plunging again!!!!

PLEASE Contact AARP about Optimum
This rotten company has gained a reputation for abusive behavior and price gouging involving senior citizens. A "Retention specialist" I spoke with let it slip that she just had a meeting about this. Therefore, I'm in the process of contacting AARP (38 million members and a strong lobbying presence) to see if they're interested in reporting about this crime syndicate masquerading as an ISP. Please contact AARP to help bring this rotten company to it's knees. Oh, and their stock has plummeted 99 PERCENT in 4 years. From$35 down to 66 CENTS!!!! Yes, you read that correctly.
