After 14 years, I finally did it

I started this blanket in college and never finished it. Sat in a closet and moved with me 5 times. This is the year of finished wips!!!!

The Painter Series is my favorite

These Pisarro roses are everything! Can't wait for next season when all these roses are established 😍

Bliss tank with a little Crochet embellishment

Ignore my double chin at this angle, but I'm ecstatic with how it turned out! 2 skeins of Mondim Retrosaria.

Flower gardening is saving me right now

I lost my job due to company layoffs 2 weeks ago. The job market is brutal, and I sometimes feel hopeless. Leaning into my garden, making flower arrangements, and just seeing what I've been able to do outside is saving me in this time.

Bloom, baby ❤️

After fighting the thrips, we are back in business and better than ever. Marc Chagall and Iceberg. My Pisarro is still transitioning to its spot and hasn't had a second flush yet.

Ladies and Gentlemen, we did it!

We went to church in big girl panties. No accidents. Came home, and POOPED on the potty! We are at 9 hours accident free!!!!! I never thought this day would come!!!!

How old does my makeup make me look?

I'm coming to terms with the fact I'm getting older and was just curious how old people think I look?

Edit: everyone keeps saying my foundation is settling into my pores, but I don't wear foundation. It's only a tinted moisturizer. Is there a better system I'm not aware of?

Also, I'm not trying to look 24 😅 I appreciate all the comments on my hair and clothes. I just wanted to gauge where I'm landing these days. Seems on the money for the most part.

The bud had me fooled 😍

These Marc Chagall buds looked like hot garbage after all the rain we've been having. Decided I'd rather have ugly rosebuds than no roses at all. Needless to say, he's a grower, not a shower!

The first bloom is finally opening!!! Any ideas what it is? I thought it was purple, but it's looking redder as it goes.
