Made this hoodie sample — what would you change?

Just finished this hoodie sample and wanted some honest feedback.

I was going for a clean, premium streetwear look with contrast panels and a two-tone hood/sleeve design.

I’m still refining the design, so I’d genuinely like to know:

Keep the two-tone color combination?
Change the hood?
More oversized or keep this fit?
Add graphics/embroidery or leave it minimal?
What would you change if this were your brand?

The work behind the garment: pattern making & development

Before fabric gets cut, we spend a lot of time getting the pattern right.
Measurements → digital pattern → fit adjustments → sample → final production.
This is one of the less-visible parts of clothing development, but getting the pattern right makes a huge difference to the final fit.
We work with brands on custom patterns, tech packs, sampling and garment development.

Curious to know - what’s the hardest part you’ve faced when developing your first garment?

Quality Control Process

Behind the scenes of our garment preparation process.
This stage is all about inspection, folding, and organizing garments before the next production step. Simple processes like this make a big difference when handling larger quantities.
Curious to see how other teams organize their workflow.

A lot of brands I come across have strong designs, but the final product doesn’t reflect the vision — and it usually comes down to pattern development.

Especially with oversized streetwear, it’s not just about making things bigger. Proportions, sleeve fall, and fabric behavior all need to be built into the pattern from the start.

Fixing it at sampling stage can take multiple rounds, time, and cost — while a well-developed pattern solves most of it early.

If you’re working on a collection and running into fit inconsistencies, you’re definitely not alone. It’s one of the most common challenges in production.
