Small blader

Hi guys! So this has been an ongoing thing since i was maybe 14, i’m 18 now. If i’m drinking liquid I have to pee about every 15-30 minutes. Not to the point where I’ll pee myself but to the point where it’s just annoying! It’s also causing issues like if i’m going somewhere and I know there won’t be a toilet available for a while I will not drink anything (or eat cuz I have ibs but that’s a whole other thing). It’s also just embarrassing and annoys other people. Like i feel judged at work when they see my go to the restroom 8 times per 8 hour shift, or having to tell my boyfriend I need to pee 30 minutes into a car ride. I don’t know if I have a condition, just a small bladder or if it’s normal for me to pee this much. I have no other symptoms so I know it’s not like a UTI or infection. Does anyone else have this problem?

Shower filter

Hi guys! I live in a camper on my own land. We have well water but it’s very high in iron we put chlorine in it to make it more clean. We have a new well being dug which should have better water quality but I was wondering if there are any shower head attachments or hoses for campers that can filter the water. I don’t want my hair to get damaged from the other water or have to use our drinking water to wash my hair.

Should I quit no notice?

Hey guys! I’m a 17 year old female. I’ve been a cna for a year and a half. I recently moved so I got a new job in my area. I love the residents and the work flow but everything else sucks. 1. The pay is extremely low for the opportunities in the area. 2. The whole place is completely understaffed we have 10 employees total. 3. I’ve been having to work extra hours because of the understaffing, when I signed up to be part time because I have other priorities. 4. The ratio is 1 med passers, 1 CNA to 23 residents. 5. The people I work with have not been welcoming and treating me like I’m an idiot. 6. The schedules come out extremely late, for example today is Monday and I only know my hours from now to Wednesday. I honestly don’t think I can work here for another 2 weeks. The pay is not enough and i’m not willing to keep working this amount of hours when I specifically said I didn’t want to. Advice in the comments please and thank you!

Career path change?

Hi guys!! For some context i’m a 17(almost 18) year old female. I’ve been doing CNA work since I was 16. To be honest I never wanted to be a nurse. I only started wanting to be one once I started working in healthcare. I’m currently taking pre requisites and had to get a new CNA job because I moved. I’m honestly so drained between work and school that I don’t know if I even want to do this anymore. My whole family is so proud of me for taking this route but idk if I can. I would love to do the work a nurse does but I don’t see my self working multiple 12 hour shifts in a row and feeling drained after every shift and anxiety before every shift. I’ve never even met a nurse that’s happy with their job. I truly do love helping people though. I just feel like i’m going to be a disappointment if I change my path. I’m thinking about becoming a teacher. Great hours, helping children and no physical labor sounds like a dream. It’s not about the money for me, I just want to feel happy and excited to go to work. I’m tired of feeling stressed every second of the day, i’m stressed even when i’m not at work. I know being a teacher there’s bad days too but I know it’s something I will be happy to do everyday. The hard work actually excites me. Also for more context I live in Wisconsin, not sure if anyone knows the type of pay these teachers get.

Should I be making a doctors appointment?

Hey everyone! I get had a tb test 4 days ago. A nurse checked it for me on Friday. She seemed a little concerned by it but said the test probably just irritated me and I should see someone if it swells more. Well today the bump and redness is still there, looks pretty much the same but it’s not getting worse. I just discovered I have a firm bump on the back of my head near my neck. It’s not painful at all. I have no other types of symptoms though. I’ll attach a photo of my skin test as well.

Is this positive? TB Test

It is only slightly raised. I’ve had many TB tests and the area has always looked like this but i’ve never been told it’s something I need to get checked out. All the nurses have said that it’s just irritated. i’ll be getting it checked later today, but I was just hoping for some insight from someone who has TB if their tests looked like this.
