I already charged the battery what do you guys think starter ???

Has anyone used this valve cover before and do i use the oem bolts or the ones given to me ???

Please give me advice on what this can possible be I don’t have a p0720 code so I’m hoping it’s not my valve body but if anyone has dealt with this before please let me know
