Hyperoptic Meltdown? 3 Days No Internet. Many Buildings across London affected.

I live in East London. Hyperoptic has been down for 3 days. Can’t get through to support (presuming sheer call volume).

The automated system is a joke. First it says there are no problems with the Hyperoptic network in my area. Then when it goes past verification it says there is and lists off about 10 buildings of which mine is one.

Yesterday I started receiving text messages from Hyperoptic stating engineers were trying to fix it and I’d get an update in 2 hours. They stopped at 6pm. And not received anymore. Tried calling again today and put into a queue with no wait time or people in front. Presuming skeleton support staff because of weekend so have given up.

£10.34 bill credit for everyday I am off line. But requires support ticket so conveniently unable to get through. 🤷

First they emailed me that they could not reach my witness (teacher). Looks like they tried calling the school at half term! So had to redo the entire signed witness form and upload again. The good news is my witness said they called her at the school. But today all my application documents were returned by post and I got an email saying there is an issue with my FBR citizen certificate and government ID (UK passport). I had copies certified at the post office (which I did when I applied via FBR certificate (which was fine?). But now they are saying they want originals or certified copies from other sources (see below). Anyone in the UK navigated this before. I really don’t want to risk sending my original passport and Irish citizenship through UK/Irish postal services.

Thanks 🙏
