Found this on marketplace today for $30. Should I grab it? Any questions I should ask?

I recently inherited a Country Aire model WR-66 window fan. It appears to be in excellent condition with the exception of an unfortunate paint job administered at some point in the past.

I was considering using this in my garage window, but the open blades in the back would be an obvious safety hazard. Apparently this wasn’t a concern 60 years ago. As a child, remember this fan in my grandparents Chicago home. It being installed in a second story window, safety wasn’t a concern. Did this model fan originally have some sort of screen as it has on the front? It also isn’t clear how one would keep the fan dry in a rain storm.

Saw this listed on FB Marketplace today as a Paul McCobb planer Group table. There doesn’t appear to have a label. Does this look legit? If so, is $400 reasonable?

Saw this small mid century modern coffee table listed on FB Marketplace today for $10. I offered $20 if they would hold it for a week as I’m out of town right now!

Can you help me to identify the pictured piece? It was found in a cabinet when cleaning out my mother’s house.

I am currently in the process of settling my mother’s estate. I have the pictured Gerold porzellan figurine.
It was purchased in 1964 or 1965. I have not been able to find any information on this particular figurine, specifically regarding value. The figurine is approximately 6.5” tall with no visible cracks or other flaws.
