Holiday Inn Paris - Montmartre claiming I booked a different rate?

I booked the Holiday Inn Paris - Montmartre via the IHG app and they sent me this email saying I booked a long term rate and I need to pre-pay? The app says I booked a flexible member exclusive rate with do deposit required, no language regarding a long term stay rate. I emailed them back already but this doesn’t seem right. Should I just call corporate? I can’t stand going back and forth with hotels that have something different than what the app says.

Philly baded here! Has anyone completed the “How to Become an Electrician” program through The Academy of Industrial Arts? They have legit memberships and sponsorships but the program also seems to be 3 “semesters” for around $700 each so definitely trying to do my due diligence. The price almost seems too good if that makes sense? I’ve been trying to get into the IBEW apprenticeship program but it’s super competitive and I’m searching for other avenues to gain more experience before applying again. TIA!
