Flash — identifies movies & TV shows from a few seconds of audio.
I built Flash, an app that identifies movies and TV shows the way Shazam identifies songs.
How it works: you hear a movie clip — in a reel, at a café, anywhere, open Flash and let it listen for 10–20 seconds or use background listening from notification tray. It comes back with the title, year, where to stream it, ratings, and a plot summary. If you only remember a line of dialogue or scene description, you can type that instead and it'll find the movie.
What I'm looking for users to test and hammer on real-world accuracy. Which clips does it nail, which does it miss? There's a 1-minute feedback form in the app.
