What is there to do in Atlanta today? Are there any events planned for today (other than fireworks)?

I was wondering since there are no World Cup Events, what other events are planned for today?

Should democrats waste all of their energy focusing on investigating Donald Trump and his family rather than what matters to the average American family?

Which economic system works best: capitalism, socialism, or communism and why?

I’m curious what people think based on real-world results, not just theory. What are the biggest strengths and weaknesses of each system?

Does capitalism create the most innovation and opportunity, or does it create too much inequality?

Does socialism provide better security and quality of life, or does it limit incentives?
Has communism ever worked in practice, or is the idea fundamentally flawed?

Interested in hearing different perspectives and examples from history or personal experience.

What Issues Should Democrats, Republicans, and Independents Be Able to Agree On?

This may be unpopular, but I’ll say it anyway.

This is not the Democratic States of America.
This is not the Republican States of America.
This is the United States of America.

I’m tired of watching politicians and citizens spend more time blaming each other than solving problems.

While we’re arguing about who is right and who is wrong, Americans are struggling with the cost of living, crime, homelessness, healthcare, education, and finding good-paying jobs.

You don’t have to agree with someone politically to work with them. We can disagree on policy and still respect one another as Americans.

What if we spent less time defending political parties and more time demanding solutions from the people we elect?

The question shouldn’t be:
“Is this a Republican idea?”
or
“Is this a Democratic idea?”

The question should be:
“Does this help the American people?”

We are stronger when we focus on solutions instead of division.

What issues do you think both sides should be able to agree on?

Residency

What is the easiest way for a 62 retired expat to become a resident of Ethiopia? I will be visiting the country in July to secure residency and will return in October. Do I need to continue renewing my tourist visa every 90 days? Your input is greatly appreciated.
