THR30ii green light solid, battery seems charged but wont turn on?

When plugged in the green light is solidly on (suggests the amp thinks the battery is fine) but it wont turn on. Unplug and there are no lights and it wont turn on.

  • Battery voltage measures 12v
  • tried the reset (1,3,5 and power)
  • nothing appears on the display at all and device doesnt connect to phone
  • taken apart, no visually obvious failed components

any ideas where to start diagnosing?

First ever build, just checking this sound when turning is ok?

Just checking if this rubbing sound when turning at speed is expected / normal for a lunchbox (evo)? Doesn't seem to be tyres rubbing (but it could I guess be clipping the front fender at full lock) and doesn't happen when car not on ground or when going in straight line / breaking?
