upping dosage?

I started taking Zoloft a little over a month ago now due to really bad anxiety. I had bad side effects in the first few days but they’ve all worn off. After two weeks I noticed I started to feel a little better lowkey. I didn’t really care about much and was just kind of cruising. However, I now feel it all rushing back any second i’m alone. Should I up the dosage? (rn i’m taking 50mg) I know it’s only been a month but I want to stop feeling this way it’s annoying as hell

how to stop seeing them everywhere?

My boyfriend broke up with me after four years and I don’t know what to do. shit hurts. it’s been a little over a week and he is still everywhere i go. i put all of our stuff in my basement but i can’t get rid of everything i own. every poster in my room, decor, stuffed animal, clothing etc. i see his car everywhere (or at least a million that look like it) since we live in the same town. i have to shop and drive by all the places we once went to together. almost had a heart attack in the grocery store. my whole wardrobe is basically his or has at least been exchanged between us a time or two. or worn to date nights that i can’t forget. literally all my pajama pants are from him. we had the same music taste too so every song is tied to him. i have been listening to country, which i typically hate, because it is the only genre that has no memories attached to it. how do you move on from someone who was in every “first” photo or milestone or heartache or small mundane life shit? live life like they weren’t a piece of you? he was my best friend. genuinely mourning someone alive. for reference i’m 20, so we grew up together. wanna just pack up and move but can’t afford that obviously. how do you untangle them and love things you once loved without being reminded of them? any advice would be appreciated.

overwhelming guilt parent plus loan

hey guys. rant post with advice questions towards the end. i’m feeling downright sad. it’s 5am. i haven’t gone to bed since yesterday night. this isn’t the first time i’ve stayed up this late in the past couple weeks researching my loans. what can i say. i was 18 and stupid and didn’t care and just wanted to get out of my town and into the city. but, my school was too expensive. my mom, being the most loving person there is, offered to get a parent plus loan. i didn’t realize that it wouldn’t transfer to me after school, or that the consolidation to IDR payment pipeline used her income rather than mine. i didn’t realize a lot of things. and i genuinely feel like the worst child ever. i have racked up 70k in two years in parent plus debt and 11k in federal loans. i’m considering moving back home and to a cheaper school (10k/yr vs 45-50k/yr) but im nervous that i will get depressed watching my boyfriend go back to our college city and all my friends move back away while i stay at home. but at the same token, i don’t love my school anyway. i know it’s not worth it. i also just have no idea what to do with my life after college with these loans. i’m getting a psych degree and wish to be a clinical psychologist but would rather jump than go through the process of getting there. but that’s besides the point. how on earth can i pay off these loans when they are either extremely exspensive on their own, or consolidated then IDR based of my moms (high) income. for the record, i know they are under her name but they are my responsibility per our agreement. i don’t know how much longer i can take stressing about this. i feel so stupid for not researching it more before picking this school. any help would be really appreciated.
