Crimewaves and its sister song?
We all know crimewaves is probably Interpol’s most controversial song. I honestly hated it at first, but over the years Its grown on me. Granted It is still a very strange song especially comparing it to what was Interpol’s discography at the time.
But after a few years of not really listening to Interpol and going more out there with what I normally listen to, I guess I sort of reset my palate in way? Now when I hear the song I kinda hear it as a classic doo wop song being performed in a dark empty tv studio (à la the ed Sullivan show)
Nowadays I love pairing it with this other song by the artist Gotye called Noir excursion. They both give off a feeling of “the dark past” with both of them adopting music styles of eras before (jazz and doo wop). So much so that I see them as sister songs now.
Let me know if I’m spouting nonsense or if there’s something here lol

Time bomb pricing
I’m buying a time bomb watch and It looks to be in good condition but it’s missing the original box it came in. The person selling offered them for 600, so I just wanna know if that’s a good price for a timebomb. They also claim it’s an early production timebomb with a low serial number since they got it through a friend that works at Oakley. I’m not sure how much that drives the value up. Can someone’s me know if it’s a good price and what to look out for?

Always loved going here growing up. Their burgers were on a whole other level for me. I moved a bit further away so wasn’t able to go as much. Then one day I stopped by and found out they were closed. Does anyone know what happened?

Value check on a toolbox 2.0
I wanna either trade or sell my way to getting a time bomb watch. I was gifted this toolbox 2.0 bag in pretty good condition by my uncle a few years back. It’s missing the glasses case I think it came with. But the rest of the bag is in really good shape. There’s not a ton of listings online for this bag and even less that are sold. I wanna know what’s a good price if I wanna sell or trade. Any input would be appreciated!

Thrift store find
I’m assuming it’s Nike because of the logo but I don’t really know what it is. The tag is just lists the materials and “made in the USA”. I tried image searching but nothing pops up. At this point I don’t really care if it’s a bootleg lol. I’m just curious so If anyone has any info it would be a big help!
