Seeing different settings for same user on different phone

My wife and I are both iPhone users. We’re both on the latest version of the app and the latest iOS update. On my phone I’m able to set up the live tile and also I have disabled Sonos net and it shows that on my phone. On her phone connected the same Wi-Fi network I’m logged in as the same user. She doesn’t see the option for a live tile and it even offers her a selection of what channel for Sonos net even though I have it disabled. What’s going on?

What’s the best way to mount on this rock wall?

I prefer not to drill in Mount directly into the rock. I’m hoping I can use the grout area, but I’m not sure that’s gonna be strong enough. What do you think?

Am I crazy setting up HA for a non-tech friend and managing it remotely?

I'm pretty experienced HA user and have my entire home running in HA today. I have some good friends that live 8 hours away (but I go once a month) that have bought an older home and want help setting it up. They're non-tech, but want things to be automated. Simple things like times, lights, locks, etc. Nothing crazy. I'm considering buying them an HA Green and a bunch of ZWave and Zigbee devices for plugs, lights, switches and managing it for them. What do people think? Is this a bad idea?

Props to Sonos

I see a lot of posts on here, talking about system and app lag. I had just purchased eight new speakers to be honest with very unhappy and frustrated. I was experiencing a lot of what others were reporting.

I took the time and contacted Sonos support and I have to admit they were super helpful and patient as we walked through the problems. One issue was an older connect amp that I ended up unplugging. Two other issues were related to my network configuration and they helped diagnose and resolve the issue. We’re probably on the phone for two hours. They were really great. I want to thank them and let everyone know to contact Support if you’re having issues and they’ll help you work through it.
