I’ve been sleeping in the guest room for six months and finally got the ball rolling on divorcing my covert narcissist wife. We still live together because of the kids. She still tries to love bomb me. She’s been doing it a few days now. It’s a record for her. I’m wondering how long they can sustain the Love Bomb phase before the discard/disparaging kicks in? Normally my wife has rarely gone more than 12 hours.

Any thoughts or experiences with prolonged Love Bombing?

Heading for divorce. Narc wife has agreed to mediation. Neither of us can afford a good lawyer. Says she wants everything to be “ fair” but her version of fair is probably different than mine ! Has anyone gone through mediation?
