Received damaged purchase… 3 weeks ago

It’s Columbia willamette. Box was packed poorly - very little padding for glass and items loose - and it looked like FedEx was playing soccer with it. I reached out with photos. They said send more. I sent more. No reply. I messaged a few more times with no response before finally messaging corporate. They’re only replying to every 2-3 messages I send, and Im not spamming them, I’m waiting 2-3 days between them. Just message me back and say it’ll take such and such time for us to figure this out, or tell me to fuck off, something! I’m confused and heckin annoyed. Any suggestions?

Unicorn with curved horn

Hi all, I just brought this beauty home from an estate sale. She measures 12” tall, 10” long, and 4” wide. She weighs 2lbs 14oz. She glows under 365 uv, but not 395 (manganese?). I’ve attached pics that include weird little details, I know nothing about glass, so please enlighten me about what you see! There are no markings that I can find, any guesses as to the maker? Thanks for looking!

10k vintage ring with croissant? 🥐 mark

Any ideas? It’s white gold, the stamps are 10K and this little three-sectioned croissant looking guy. (Edit: ok or maybe - more likely- it’s a star in a circle 😂) I’ve had this ring for at least 30 years and I think it’s a bit older than that too, but I can’t remember any other details about its origin. I took it to be resized a while back and the jeweler was impressed with the stone - not an amethyst, but I can’t remember what she said it was. Sorry for the lack of info! 😅 I appreciate anything you all can come up with. Thanks!
