Genmax GM10000XiT inverter generator - bonded neutral?

Genmax GM10000XiT inverter generator.... bonded neutral?

I'm very interested in this generator to use with a Generlink transfer switch. I've tried to get any info on if it has a bonded neutral or not. I've even tried contacting the company to no avail.

This is a Sams Club model, but I'd imagine is similar to other Genmax models. It's an open frame inverter generator. Does anyone have any experience with them? Is it a bonded neutral? If so, being open frame, is it easy to unbond?

Thanks for any help

In-store pickup vs home delivery

I've seen a few posts here about At-home deliveries being pretty rough so I'm looking for some advise.

Lowe's has a 13,000 watt DuroMax generator on sale now for $900 but with ONLY in-store pickup.

The also have a Westinghouse 12500 watt generator for $1000 but will be delivered to my house.

I have a 50a hookup with interlock so I'm set with this sizing. Just wondering if there are any recommendations based on experience with deliveries. I know they are heavy as hell but I have a big pick 'em up truck and gravity can help get it out of my truck. I'll also be much more careful since it's mine.

But if you had to choose picking up a DuroMax vs getting a Westinghouse shipped, what would you choose?

Reba McEntire - Fancy - do you also hear a "boop" in the song?

So please tell me I'm not going crazy.

At the 3:35 mark of the song Fancy I clearly hear a little "boop" sound that doesn't really fit in the song.

"There's a lot of self righteous hypocrites that call me bad (boop)"

It's right after Reba sings the word bad and before her backup singers sing "baaaaaaadddd"

I hear it clear as day - but my wife didn't. Maybe I am crazy

DTE + Surge Protection Plus + Generlink

I lose power A LOT where I live. It seems like many of us share this.

A whole-home generator is about $14k and I cannot make that work.

However DTE will install basically a transfer switch at your meter that you can attach your own generator to. Has anyone tried this or have any experience with it? I want to find a solution that doesn't break my bank.

There is something g else called an interlock, but I'm very ignorant to how these work and I'd want something easy that my family could use.

We are on Day 2 without power now and every storm brings about stress and anxiety and this seems like a solution that would work.

PS5 + Nintendo Switch crossplay - can you talk to each other?

I have a PS5, my two daughters play on it in split screen mode. My niece has a Nintendo Switch. They can play Minecraft together no problem - but they can't talk to each other. Am I missing a setting? Or is this just not a thing that can be done in-game?

Thanks for any help or tips

I'm trying to help out a buddy who just booked a trip to WDW and was asking about MagicBands.

2 years ago when we went, the person who booked the trip was able to log into their Disney App and there was a pretty significant discount on MagicBands. I forget exactly what - but maybe like 30%. We were able to get 4 of them (all different and all the design ones) with that discount.

Does that still exist?

(And, I promise I am not crazy.... I'm a bit frugal with these things and already had a MagicBand from a previous trip and was just going to use that. The only reason I got a new one was because it was on a promotion. But that promotion was ONLY through the main person who booked the trip)

Okay all, so I'm in this group because I've peaked at 177/1?? And with some meds and lifestyle changes have gotten down to a regular 127/83.

We are taking a family trip to Disney World in a week and need some recommendations.

The Pros:

I love it there, my wife loves it there, my kids believe it's magical there

Lots of walking. Walking = great.

The cons:

This is a week vacation WITH my in-laws.

So, I'm on 10mg of amlodipine, for this week I'm thinking if I want to survive the in-laws I should up it to 100mg? Maybe more? Any other recommendations?

(Obviously this is satire.... but if it helps someone smile for a moment that is great. For a lot of us the saying is pretty true - laughter is the best medicine)
