Big cook - fed 50 people!

Made some of everything this weekend. Full packer brisket, pulled pork, chicken breasts, thighs, sausage, cornbread waffles. Fed about 50 people that did the ALS walk. What a good time.

Smoked everything on my Workhorse Pits 1975. That thing is a tank.

Father’s Day Cook

Smoked with red oak on my Workhorse 1975. Beef ribs smoked 3 hours unwrapped and 3 hours wrapped. Chicken about 3 hours, burgers were brisket burgers made from trimmings from last week’s brisket.

Why I love my 2016

I can just use the hell out of it and not worry about a scratch or ding here and there. Or my engine grenading I suppose.

Oh I always get questions on the racks. Magnum Racks! They are top notch imo! Aluminum and made in USA
